Returns

You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached. Raw denim that has been worn or washed can’t be returned, because it starts to fade and shape to the wearer from the first wear.

Sale items can be returned on the same terms as full-price items.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@thehiddenrivet.net within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return.
  2. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the items back. We recommend a tracked shipping service, since we can only refund items we receive.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item. For international orders, import duties and taxes paid on the original delivery can’t be refunded by us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us within 14 days of delivery. If the size you want is available, we’ll arrange the exchange. If it isn’t, we’ll refund the returned item.

Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.

Preorders

You can cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships by emailing us. Once a preorder ships, the return terms above apply.
