These terms apply when you use thehiddenrivet.net or place an order with The Hidden Rivet (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm it or when we ship it. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we do, we’ll refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Preorders

Preorder items aren’t in stock yet. They ship once they’re ready, and we’ll email you if the timing changes. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping takes 10–15 days. Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are paid by the customer.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Product information

We try to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and raw denim changes with wear, so the item you receive may look slightly different from the photos.

Content on this site, including text and images, is protected by copyright and may not be reused without permission from its owner.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
